According to the analysis by the National Bureau of Statistics of China, the total output of chemical pesticides in China in March 2017 was 330,237 tons, which was a decrease of 3.3% compared with the same period in 2016. The provinces with the highest output are 8726 tons in Jiangsu, 40903 tons in Shandong and 35335 tons in Hubei. Compared with the same period in 2016, Jiangsu increased by 9.6%, Shandong decreased by 40.5%, and Hubei increased by 16.2%.
